Sunday Night Footy program for those aged 16+ (born 2008 or earlier). Program started in October. Multiple teams playing short games at ADHS. Adult Outdoor Season -- 2025 information coming soon!

Our goal at Arnprior McNab Braeside United Soccer Club is to ensure we have a place for everyone to play including our adult players. Everyone is welcome at AMBUSC. Our adult teams play in the Ottawa Carleton Soccer League (OCSL) with home games played at Dochart park and away games against teams from in and around the Ottawa area. The adult season starts after the May long weekend and ends early to mid September with the option to participate in a tournament at team discretion. Nights and divisions vary by gender and age group.
